Board game conventions made simple.

Congrem keeps your game library, your tickets and your programme in one place, so your crew can spend the weekend running the convention instead of chasing spreadsheets.

Already running conventions with

  • Vianacon
  • Kidult

Everything you need to run your edition.

From the games on the shelves to the people at the door, the whole weekend lives in one place.

Catalogue every copy on your shelves, so your crew always knows what the convention owns and where it should end up.

congrem.app

Coming next to Congrem.

The rest of your programme, on the same platform. These are the parts we’re building now — none of them are available yet.

Tournaments

Run your tournaments without a whiteboard and a marker.

Register players, keep track of who is playing whom, and publish the results while the tables are still warm.

Prototype sessions

Give designers a table and playtesters a way to sign up.

Schedule prototype sessions, let attendees join the ones they like, and give designers the feedback they came for.

Flea market and events

Put the flea market and the rest of the programme on the same schedule.

Sellers, tables and every other event on the timetable, managed next to the tickets and the library instead of in a separate document.

Frequently asked questions

If you can’t find what you’re looking for, send us an email — we answer every one of them.

    • Is the game library really free?

Yes. Cataloguing your library and tracking what is lent out costs nothing, for as many editions as you run. You only pay when you start selling tickets.

    • What counts as an edition?

One run of your convention — a single event, however many days it lasts. The per-edition plan covers it from setup to the last game back on the shelf.

    • Can I try Congrem before paying?

Sign up and run your library for free for as long as you like. When you are ready to sell tickets, pick the per-edition or the per-year plan.

    • When will tournaments and the other features arrive?

Tournaments, prototype sessions, other events and the flea market are what we are building next. We would rather ship them properly than promise a date.

    • Will the free features stay free once they launch?

Yes. Tournaments, prototype sessions and events are part of the free plan when they land. Ticketing and the flea market belong to the paid plans.

    • Can my whole team use it?

Yes. Congrem is built for a crew, not a single organiser, so several people can work on the same edition.

    • What happens to my data between editions?

It stays with you. Your library carries over from one edition to the next, so you never start again from an empty shelf.

    • Which currency do you charge in?

Prices are in euros. The per-edition plan is billed once for that edition, the per-year plan once for the year.

    • Who is behind Congrem?

People who organise board game conventions themselves. Congrem is used by Vianacon and Kidult, and grows with what those conventions actually need.
